Report Lost or Stolen Card
If your card is lost or stolen, during normal business hours, please report it IMMEDIATELY to the credit union by calling us toll free 1-800-782-8922 (Choose "Backoffice Dept")
After Hours
If your card is lost/stolen when we are closed, you can have it blocked IMMEDIATELY, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Call 1-512-744-0324
- Press 3
Follow the prompts to have your card blocked.
You'll need to know your card number.
